It gives each parent 160 days of leave, of which up to 63 days can be transferred to the other parent. This innovation is aimed at supporting the birth rate, which has been under pressure in the country for a long time. According to the study, such measures not only help improve family relationships, but also encourage fathers to be more involved in raising children.
